Jackpot! THE place where mobile technology for development knowledge resides

We chatted with Stéphane Boyera from W3C and learned that they have a wiki for everyone and anyone working with Mobile phones for development.

Stéphane argues that connectivity alone is not enough to galvanize economic development--it can only work if content relevant to people's daily lives is readily available. The wiki is part of an effort to springboard content development. There, one can find anything on mobile technology from user stats, case studies from around the world and upcoming events, to (my favorite) tools for developers!

W3C and the WM4D are finalizing an exciting research study on how to make the world wide web more accessible to everyone, to be presented in the fall (we shall keep you updated). Till then, hope you enjoy their comprehensive resource center.
